Mental wellness apps don’t adapt, they’re generic, passive and ineffective.
We wanted to create a wellbeing experience that is personalised, proactive, measurable and felt in minutes.
This ambition led to the founding of Heal, a biometrical powered wellbeing experience that fuses neuroscience and HRV data to curate sound to regulate the body in real time.

Music is one of the most powerful tools to lower stress, improve mood and regulate emotions.
Heal turns passive listening into active self-care – A new way to listen to your favourite artists.
It is the only platform using advanced AI and real-time biometrics to analyse how you feel to deliver personalised music that reduces stress, regulates your emotions and improves your sleep.

Integrating with Apple watch, Airpods, Woop and Oura ring, Heal can monitor your HRV rate and begin to curate experiences to repair your nervous system.

Collaborating with music producers MakeYouKnowLove I crafted a brand and experience that invites the user into a world of calm, fusing wellbeing nuances and music aesthetics to create a destination for healing.

Heal offers a number of features using music to support the nervous system.
Healing playlists invite the user to create an emotional flight path, taking them from one emotional state to their desired destination, providing HRV insights throughout.

Stillness windows actioned from your wearable provide moments of calm, balancing your HRV and allowing your nervous system to repair.

Dedicated programs blend breath work, meditation, and sound to treat stress, anxiety, and sleep.
For all levels from beginner to advanced, Heal’s programs focus on mindfulness, stress relief, and deeper understanding.

Heal launches in early 2026 with one goal. Creating a product thats sole purpose is to help people feel more balanced, calmer and happier.
And we’re very much, only just getting started.
